Hi, I need a .net developer who can help with creating a function that downloads latest Telegram messages from any channel by using Telegram API. You need to deliver a VS project with implemented function and several Unit Tests. The function should look something like that: Public List<TelegramСhannelDetails> GetLatestMessages(string channelUrl, DateTime fromDate) { ... } , where internal params channelUrl: Url of the telegram channel fromDate: DateTime starting from which the messages must be returned Class TelegramСhannelDetails { String name; // name of the telegram channel String url; // url of the telegram channel String imageUrl; // url of the channels thumbnail List<string> messages; // list of messages } Requirements: c# language .net core or .net framework 4.6.1 Deliver several unit tests Description/manual of what needs to be changed to configure API
