Hello,

I require a C# developer to write a command line application written using .Net Core 3, which uses PowerShell to run the New-ADUser cmdlet.

I will pass an argument to the program for the name of the user that will be created.

You must use using statements for both the runspace and powershell commands. Your code should also use InitialSessionState to ensure that only the above command can be run from the application.
