Simple Cubic 3D Engine

I need the following library in C# 3D Engine for a small project. The environment should be a world organized in x, y, z. All the objects in this virtual world should be a cube (square). These cubes should be re-sizable. There should a way to create as much world as I want. The editor should be able to create cubes inside a cube. If more cubes are added inside a cube, the big one should adjust itself to store all the defined cubes inside. There should be a way to create perpendicular lines to connect one cube to another. This lines should have the ability to connect on the surface of each side of the cube. The line maybe extended to connect to another cube of any dimension. The lines can be curved but has to leave the surface of the cube on 90 degree angle. The cube should be transparent with the ability to be solid using any color. All the cubes in this space need to have features to be moved x,y,z but keeping the connected lines at the place. There should be a way to list up the property of the line and the property of the cube. The line and the cube should accept labels.
