TAPI3 VB Phone Dialer

I need a very small VB6 or VB.Net app that will exercise the features of TAPI3. It will have buttons that do the following: 1. Connect to a Panasonic PBX through COM Port. 2. Dial a number on that device. 3. Hang up the connection. 4. Whatever other interesting button you'd care to include. The purpose of the program is to use as a tutorial (for me) on TAPI. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
