The budget of the project is around USD 50. Develop a Windows Application which: 1. Can be installed in Windows 10 2. Starts automatically on reboot and continue in the background. 3. Makes an HTTP or HTTPS request to a server using an API endpoint, in every 120 seconds. 4. Process the response and create a desktop notification based on the API response 5. Desktop notification must include a text and a link in the form of a button. 6. The user must be able to click on the link and open it on the default browser. 7. The user must be able to dismiss the notification. Deliverables: 1. Complete source code with reasonable commenting. 2. Instructions to build the application 3. A ready-to-install executable The source code must be clear and simple. The API endpoint URL and the time period between requests must be configurable using global variables or constants. Sample API: GET [login to view URL] Sample Response 1: { "show_notification":"true", "notification":{ "text":"You have a new request from Mrs Alice Longbottom" "link_text":"Open Dashboard" "link_url":"[login to view URL]" } } Sample Response 2: { "show_notification":"false" }

This can be done in 3 days with quality testing. Recommendation: Since the message and link have to be displayed in Desktop allocation. Why do you need winServices to invoke API every configures time? As soon as you open the application it's automatically called the API based on configured time intervals. Please ignore if this is not matching with the requirements.
