WE want to build the cuicuit where we can connect RFID reader, GPRS device, and GPS device. This device will be used in schools van and once the chils swipe in parents will get the message that the child is in bus and same when the child swipe out.

I have used RFID before with arduino, for toys development. I used GPRS module to send data every time I requested it. I would like to know if you need this to be done with something different than arduino.
