I managed a 10000+ Hosts network with 16 Servers, 58 Network/Wi-Fi printers, 24 L3 Switches, 500 L2/L1 Switches and firewalls also. Five days is approximate time it will complete in 1 or 2 days only.

Hi there, I have an it experience of 5 years. We have 12 PCs, 2 server PCs and 4 printers. The working topology of the above scenario will be 12 PC and the 2 server PCs and 4 printers will all be connected to a switch and then a switch can be connected to ISP modem. PC -> Switch -> ISP Modem Server PC -> Switch -> ISP Modem Printers -> Switch -> ISP Modem . We can use a Cisco 2960 switch or any compatible model you wish to choose. We would configure the DHCP on the switch for the IP assignment. One of the switch port is set to trunk to enable the connectivity to ISP Modem. For your task I need to confirm few details from you which are mentioned below: - I need topology information of your network. - Devices information, access and vendor name required. - Are you using same subnet for all devices and Printers or not. Following is my plan for your design: - First we will need to connect all Servers, PCs and Printers to Network. - Second step is to check Routing information. If there is no routing layer 3 device available then we will be configuring one subnet for all devices to make reachability with each other. - If there is any Layer 3 device available we can use different subnets and VLAN for each department and separate vlan for Printers and make IP routing to make reachability between all network devices. I am well familiar with setting up a Computer as a Print Server. If i have remote access to each of the computers this can be done within 2-3 days. The requirement for the server pc's is for them to stay on 24x7 when you need your users to print and must have a static ip address. If they are running Server 2008, 20112,2019 this a very easy to do. If your servers are running windows 7 or windows 10 this will work as well but not as reliable as a server operating system.

Very easy and straight forward setup. Please clarify if the other printers are having wifi or network connectivity or not. All of that can still be achieved and its a matter of 1 to 2 hrs job considering there will be some one on site to assist as directed by myself remotely.

What your asking is for a very simple print server role to be setup and list your 4 printers in a directory for your pc's to connect to. Dont pay over the odds on this one. Hourly rate for any Microsoft engineer would get this done for you.
