We are educational provider and we have some forms set up from Infusionsoft CRM software for our students to fill up online. However we need a developer to add on some HTML coding to provide an option for our students to upload documents within the form (doc/ pdf/ jpg formats). There are total of 3 forms to add for, it shouldn't take a lot of time for the right person. Thanks
