Help with writing tutorial for Python Framework

I am looking for a technical writer with some understanding of Python programming language who can help to write a tutorial for a company's Python Framework. I cannot give you the full source code for the Framework itself. But I will give the source code of the examples, the output of the examples and will try to explain and answer your questions. Audience: This tutorial is for developers who know how to program. The tutorial does not need to explain language or language features, it needs to explain how to use Framework and how it helps to do the job. Also, links to tools with a short explanation of what they do (currently only cookiecutter) has to be included but must not be extensive. I expect the tutorial that explains how the Framework can be used and how it helps to write software for the company following all the company's requirements and guidelines for writing software. The tutorial should be written in markdown with source excerpts and text explaining how framework examples are built. There are 9 examples (steps) already prepared with code comments and some extra text written. Comments and text can be reused but must be edited for language and grammar mistakes.
