1) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
3) Your responsibilities: - Sign a work made for hire agreement (assigns ALL copyrights to my organization after payment is made for your work, allows me full editing privileges). - Notarize the above agreement. (Of course I'll pay the notary fee). - Thoroughly research each of the approximately 50-100 questions presented (most of the information is easily available on the internet) - Obtain approval from me on the general approach of each of the answers. Since we are presenting advice that can vary, it is important to have an overall unifying theme. - Organize the information into a palatable, user friendly e-book, provided to me in MS-Word format. It should be written like you are having a conversation with a person. No big words. No complicated theory. Only practical easy to follow advice that genuinely works. - Length of the book should be dictated by what is necessary to thoroughly and responsibly answer all questions presented ??" 15,000 words or 65 pages is a very rough guideline.
