We have a file for a form so that our customers may input their financial information, assets, etc. on the website. The website and the forms are written in the PHP. The forms are not functional at all. Functions that we need there are addition & substraction. We also need the site to send this information to us. Either through a database or email. This has to be done in a secure manner.
