Create an installer for my applications

PHASE I I need to deploy software to a group of computers that I own. I need to do this rapidly with a packaged installer. The Installer should package in 1 exe two parts 1) Install graphics driver (use the attached installation package) 2) Install [login to view URL] (simply copy [login to view URL] to a directory) 3) Install [login to view URL] file (simply copy it to a directory) After installation, the following should apply 1) No special behavior for the graphics driver 2) [login to view URL] should be run (it will run [login to view URL] with custom settings). 3) [login to view URL] should run IN THE BACKGROUND (should not appear on the screen, taskbar etc) so as not to interfere with my work on these computers or be accidentally closed. I have the compiled version of this (as an exe), however if you need to source code to change it to run in the background I can do that for you. 4) [login to view URL] needs to be set to run on startup so it runs [login to view URL] when the computer is restarted I need to be able to create NEW PACKAGES (when Graphics driver is changed, or I want to put a new version of [login to view URL] etc) and recompile it.
