XCSoar is an open source tactical flight computer. e-lift is an electrical power unit to launch a hang glider from the flat. In this project, data from the power unit shall be displayed in the flight computer XCSoar. You don't have to be a hang gliding pilot to develop or test this project :-) Complete description is availabl in german language also. If you're located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or will be able to travel to these countries, a free scenic flight can be arranged as a bonus!

Unfortunately from first look I didn't find if there any way to run kobo emulator on PC, it's important for further development, since I havn't Kobo device. I did many applications in C++ and PHP. I know that C++ is "a high level assembler language", that means a programmer can work on any memory space by C++, and he must be very careful coding with it. I know German language and can understand some project documentation written in German. Expamples that I did: on C++: 1) Leadership in elaboration, implementation & distribution of software system “FCSM (Federal Financial Markets Service) Reports”. 2) CRM “Front Office”. 3) General Radio Frequency Center. on PHP: 4) Moscow Institute of History of Cultures. 5) Tne site of international realty firm. All these projects are working in network, and they have big relational databases. These are multiuser projects what is ensured by synchronization of klient site and server site.
