I can use HubSpot CRM and modify it to your specifications for most items. HubSpot is easy to implement into websites, has mobile apps, and website app. You'll be able to separate leads by the fields and assign it to different team members. Can lock leads to certain team members so they don't access other leads. You can setup sales information to compare between sales members and see how the company is doing. You can also use the phone app to scan a business card to create a lead or easily enter details in on the go.
I use HubSpot for my businesses and it will be easier than creating a new CRM.
