ZOHO CRM - Creator custom quote module

We are areal estate development company, looking for Zoho creator developer for developing a custom quote module that is well integrated with Zoho CRM. Some of our key requirements are as below: 1. Whenever a product is selected for issuing quotation; all corresponding attributes and milestones are to be added to the quotation as a single instance. 2. Values of the loaded attributes, should be editable all along the quotations issue stage. 3. Sales executive are capped by certain limits to offer discount on base price. 4. Whatever discounts are to be provided to a prospective customer through negotiations beyond the limits, approvals are to be taken from higher manager. 5. Similarly, Manager will also have his own limit upto which he can offer discount through above side approval and beyond which director shall have the final scope to offer discounts. 6. Based on the vales of each attribute and quoted price, the total price of the quotation should be calculated and displayed on it. 7. Once a quotation is agreed and the deal/opportunity is won, all previous quotes are to be hidden in SMEs logins and should be visible only to the Director/admin login. 8. Standard terms and conditions are to be displayed in quotation through chosen template. 9. When a deal is successful closed, a set of tasks should be auto assigned to SME and CRD executives like a) Filling booking application and customer account creation. b) Collection of token/advance amount and closure of activity. c) Collection / Uploading of customer documents. 10. All other standard features and functionalities like emails, activity recording reports are to be provided. 11) milestone based payments collection recording, sending alerts to followup payments collection.
