I have a very simple website with 2 webpages. My front end pages are a mix of HTML/CSS code and JSTL tags. I have the design but just want someone to tweak the CSS so that pages are responsive and all the broken styling is fixed. I want this done ASAP, shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. I will be able to help along with the JSTL tags, simple to understand.
