Answer incoming customer calls regarding general customer service. Assign customer requests to appropriate parties within company and clearly communicate those assignments.
Update and maintain a customer service smart sheet/database during and after each call. Ensure that each item is assigned to appropriate parties and closed out in a timely manner.
Follow up with to ensure that the issues were resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Produce a monthly report listing amount of calls, action items created and closed, outstanding items and feedback on follow up.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
Sort and distribute mail and incoming faxes.
Manage UPS shipping requests; sign for all incoming packages and distribute to recipients.
