Having been assigned to some progressively responsible positions during last 18 years, I have acquired skills in customer service, business analysis, project initiation and deployment, resource management, and requirements analysis. I also gained experience in implementing quality systems such as ISO 9001:2008 and Sarbanes Oxley compliance standard. Business management experience includes market research, financial reporting and report generation, customer relationship management through support services, intra- organizational standard operating procedures, building and leading a team and establishing effective professional relationships.
Working with En Pointe Technologies I had the opportunity to understand and deal with the largest corporations in the world such as IBM, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft and Cisco systems. The organization’s customers included the US federal government, state governments, universities, commercial enterprises and Fortune 100 Companies based in US.
