As my resume indicates, I possess more than 5 years of progressive experience in the Technical field. My professional history includes positions such as Technical support at Dell Philippines, HP United states and Foxtel Australia as well as Helpdesk Officer at TPG (The Peripheral Group Australia) .Most recently, my responsibilities as Technical Support at HP USA match the qualifications you are seeking. As the Technical Support Representative, my responsibilities included providing assistance to Amarican customer having issues on their all-in-one printer. (Printer, scanner, fax and copier in 1 equipment) such as paper jams, distorted color, scanner not scanning the whole document, and even network issues on their printer, both wireless and wired connection. My supervisor also relied on my ability to check computer issues emotely, checking for firewalls to prevent Network issues. Ive been working in the BPO industry for 6 years now.
