Event Freelancer

This is an exciting opportunity for a freelance event coordinator to high-scale event (300+ attendees) benefiting a local nonprofit for 5 hours in the Charlotte, NC on Nov. 9, 2018 from 5pm-11pm Event Tasks include: Greet incoming and departing guests warmly; Assist with scanning tickets; answering questions; help with various tasks as they arise; manage the flow of guests into the general admission area. Requirements: -Previous professional experience in events is required. -Individual must be able to work positively in a fast-paced environment. -Able to walk and stand during the majority of the shift. -Proficient with apple iPhones for scanning tickets. **two positions are open
