Are you a professional buying agent in China with experience purchasing from 1688 or Taobao? Are you able to ship products to Malaysia? Then this might be the perfect job for you! Hi we are company in Malaysia and we are looking for a professional purchasing agent to help us fulfill orders from China (1688 / Taobao / etc) to our customers in Malaysia (lazada, Shopee). Do you have the following skills & capabilities? 1. You must have previous experience buying from 1688 and fulfilling global orders 2. You must be able to warehouse 200 - 1000 products to speed up order fulfilment times. 3. You must be able to help us find the correct products from reputable manufacturers and negotiate low prices with manufacturers. 4. You must be able to make sure the products are properly labeled with correct addresses, correct products and packaged safely & correctly before shipping them out. 5. You must be proactive and able to manage your time and resources efficiently 6. You must be able to solve problems on your own and help us improve operating efficiency 7. You must be willing to work with us daily and process orders daily. 8. You must be able to improve customer happiness (fast shipping, reliable shipping times, no mixed up orders, proper order tracking, packages arrive in good working condition) Does this sound like a perfect fit for you? Hi I'm Wynn 1. 2 years experiences in shipping company and 3 years expeiences in sourcing products in alibaba, 1688 and other domestic b2b platforms. 2. Collect full quotations from suppliers (price & price term & lead time & sample cost & HS CODE & product packaging, etc) 3. Sample collect and give certain advice on which supplier to cooperate. 4. pre-production-inspection& mid prodcution inspection: It's useful when you want to check some samples when the first batch of goods have come out of the production line. It allows you to detect quality issues early so they can be fixed before goods are packed and corrective action can be taken on goods that have not yet been put on the production line. 5. Pre-Shipment Inspection: I would visit the factory (or supplier's warehouse) and inspect the goods after completion of at least 80% of the production. Make sure all the bar codes, stickers are tagged in the correct address. 6. Long-term cooperated forwarders, door to door to Malaysia. Free warehouse to collect the goods from different suppliers. Load the containers, ship the goods and do the custom clearence. Every week 3 vessels to Maylaysia.Monday&Wendesday&Friday. shipping time: 7-10 days. 7.
