I need a Data Entry with attention to details to help with online stores. Good English is a must. This person must be a quick learner, someone who is attentive to details, understands setting project priorities & someone who can multitask, help with some product listings, coordinate teams & provide deliverables and support that is timely and with quality Preferred Skill & Requirements • Passionate about positive customer service experiences and outcomes. • 1+ year of Customer Service experience or a comparable position. • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and numerical). • Web Savvy; an astute user of technology and software in execution of day-to-day duties. • Possess a strong sense of urgency and dedication to conflict resolution. • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making. • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors USA ONLY
