Hi, My name is Andrew and i have used this site before with great success, so happy to try again. I have a fairly simple Data Entry Job using Excel 2016 for someone with high attention to detail. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Project: I have uploaded a file to show the format of how i would like the data presented within Excel. Anything highlighted in red will be completed by myself in the future. You will need to use the website "[login to view URL]" and then manually select the dates i require. I need data for the following dates; January 1st to 31st 2018 June 1st to 30th 2018 & Everyday between January to May 2016. Each month must be in their own Columns, for example - looking at my attached file i just have October 2017's data going down the columns and then to the right (with a space of 2 cells) i have January 2018's data. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Explanation Of The Data I Require: (Please see my attached file in which i will be referring to the first record of Sunday October 2017) All data must be presented is the same format as shown in the attached file. Cell A1 - The Day & Date Cell A2 - The Year Cell E1 - The Number Of Venues For That Day (only UK & IRE venues) Cell E5 - Total Number Of Venues For That Day (including any other venues other than UK& IRE) Cell F3, F5 & F7 - The Individual Race Course Name Taken Exactly From The Website (Only UK & IRE Race Courses and data to continue down Column F seperated with one cell gap) Cell G3 - The Left Number Is The Total Number Of Races At That Venue, The Right Number Is The Amount Of Races That Had 8 to 12 Horses That Ran. (You can get this information by looking under each race where it says "4 ran. NRs: MAGICAL WISH (IRE) JORDAN'S CHRIS (IRE)." etc, i just need the number of races that had a minimum of 8 horses running to a maximum of 12 horses running) Cell V3 to Cell V7 - Simple Function Totalling Future Data From Columns H* to T* (See my attached Excel file) Cell V9 - Simple Function Totalling The Amounts Shown From Cells V3 to V7 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any questions please fee free to ask, Andrew.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for posting this project. I have read your description, your excel file, the website and tried to run a few searches for the data you need. I believe I can do this project. A couple of questions that I have 1) Do you want the date data to be in one column? At the moment you put the Oct 2017 in column A and Jan 2018 in column Y 2) You mention the cells in red do not need completing. This means I would not be able co fill the V data as they are derived from H-T which are highlighted in red? I am a young professional who has high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry. My proposal would include the completion of the project and revision of the format x 1 if the final format is not suitable.
