I assume that there will be some initial back-and-forth to verify my algorithm matches what is expected (I did some initial research and it appears a very basic version is: (Score – Course Rating) x 113 / Slope Rating)). Despite the back-and-forth, I do not expect this to take very long to complete.

Hi there, saw your project and I think I can help you out. From you're description I am assuming you want the excel sheet to calculate the each golfer's running handicap, updating the handicap every time they play a round and the data is entered. Plus, you want it to automatically double the score for 9 hole rounds when calculating handicap. If so, I can have that completed for you in 2 or 3 days. If you need anything else, like the data you already have entered, or the excel file to output the handicaps onto a separate sheet I can take care of that for you as well it'll just take me a little longer.
