Hello! I've scraped websites like this one many times, so I'm confident I can deliver the phone numbers in less than 3 days. I would write a script in Python that would scrape the website while emulating human browsing behavior just enough to avoid detection and possible IP ban. I placed a milestone for third of the work so you can see how the database is progressing.
