Hi there! I run a small bookkeeping business and I'm looking for someone who can design some software for renaming documents (invoices) automatically in Google Drive. Or something that I can drag and drop a bunch of these invoices in and it spits them out renamed. I would like the name to be the Supplier, Date (yymmdd) and invoice number. I would also like it if it could learn to rename certain documents in one way versus another. So if it gets the name wrong, it can learn to rename in a different way. There is a web application called receipt bank that picks up all the info in these invoices but when you save the invoices to your computer it comes out with just numbers and there's no way to search properly for invoices in google drive.
