Hello, Please DON'T BID on this project if your WRITTEN ENGLISH language skills is NOT FLUENT. Please DON'T BID on this project UNTIL you read the FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS as follows. # PROJECT SUMMARY: I need 5 workers or less to reply clients enquires. # PROJECT DETAILS/ TERMS AND CONDITIONS: [I] Payment: 1. FIXED RATE & NOT NEGOTIABLE for every Enquiry you reply. It is USD 0.04 per Enquiry. To make it clearer, the rate is 4 Cents per Enquiry. 2. The minimum payment to be released to you is 2 USD, and NOT LESS than that. 3. Any payment will be released to you through milestones system here at freelancer.com, ONLY WHEN YOU REACH A MINIMUM PAYMENT OF 2.00 USD Milestone. 4. You will be assigned an Online sheet on Google Drive that contains Enquires that need your reply. [II] WORK PROCEDURES: 1. All members of the TEAM should join ONE SHARED GROUP on any Instant Messaging (IM) App. 2. Since the Enquires will be about services and products, you will be given web-page link (URL) to include in your reply. As well, your reply should be attractive and marketing the service or product that is contained in that link. 3. The process of REPLYING ENQUIRES is treated as an URGENT. As a result, it will be executed as follows: Firstly, a Request Message to be sent on the mentioned SHARED GROUP to check who is available Online from the 5 team members at that moment. Secondly, the FASTEST team-member who CONFIRM HIS/HER AVAILABILITY AND REPLIES FIRST will be assigned the task for that day. Thirdly, Your Admin will share the list of Enquires on your dedicated Sheet on Google Drive + Web-page Link (URL) Fourth, you are required to start the replying the enquires list IMMEDIATELY and communicate with YOUR ADMIN ONLINE at THE SAME TIME. Your Admin will be working with you on the same Google Drive Sheet to verify your work and support in anything you may need. Your REPLY MUST BE WRITTEN WITH ZERO ERRORS (ZERO ENGLISH WRITING ERRORS & MISTAKES) [III] OTHER DETAILS: 1. The project period-of-time is undefined. It is continuous project until further notice is being declared to the team to stop. It could be few weeks, few months or years project. 2. There is NO FIXED TIME-SCHEDULE to START or to STOP processing enquires. It will be executed as stated in section [II] 3. The number of enquires to reply is UNDEFINED. Once a new batch of enquiries are ready and available to be processed, then you will receive announcement/message about that on the TEAM ONLINE GROUP as stated in section [II]. You CAN'T push your Admin to assign you more enquires to process. Thank You
