I am looking for an ongoing accountant to help me manage my personal finances. It will be in THREE phases. I will provide the data for APRIL 2015 and if this is done well, I will have an ongoing relationship each week as well as hire you to go back through old finances from previous years to catalog. (1) Creating a list of transactions for me to fill in the details that aren't given. >>>This is expected to take not more than 3-4 hours. (2) Altering an excel document with my specifications and posting these transactions to the excel document. >>>This is expected to only take a few hours. (3) An ongoing relationship if this works well with 1-2 hours a week needed. >>>Potential for past months to be done as well. IN MORE DEPTH; (1) I will attach my receipts, bank statements and an email cost-log I have kept where I email myself when I make transactions. You need to take all this information and put it into an excel workbook sheet sorted by date. The columns of the sheet need to be DATE, CODE, CATEGORY, DESCRIPTION, AMOUNT, PAYMENT METHOD, IN COMPANY OF, VENDOR NAME, VENDOR LOCATION, RECEIPT. Most of this should be obvious from the information I give you - but I will fill in the blanks (such as categorization and fixing descriptions) where needed. A further explanation of what exactly each of these columns will be is to follow. (2) You will need to adjust the trial spreadsheet that I have given you. This spreadsheet is from 2014 April but is base for adding what I would like - which is in the attached SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT. Read this carefully and understand what I require. >>>You will likely have to start the cash balance with some nominal amount and work out what that was (3) This will be discussed upon completion of the April 2015 log.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications: I am a qualified and experienced accountants and I am providing book keeping services to various clients in UK, Australia and USA. I am positive that I am the right person for this job. Approach to the Job: I will create separate company (if not already created) in QuickBooks / Xero / MYOB / Sage / Excel and then manage that company separately.
