I have gone through your project description thoroughly along with worker instructions doc file & Screen shots.
First of all I would like to mention that there are lots of attachments missing that you mentioned in worker instructions file. (for example - #2,3,4,9,10,11,12,15,16,17,18,19,21). So it becomes difficult to understand the process completely.
Anyways whatever attachments are available and correlating with worker instructions doc file, my understanding about the project is that the ultimate goal is to fill the spreadsheet shown in attachment #5. Now to fill the spreadsheet, we need information. And these information are need to be taken from website.
Now again in the website we will be having lots of listing, all are not useful. so those listings are useful that qualifies the basic criteria that you given in worker instruction sheet.
Next suppose a particular list is fulfilling the criteria then we will go through it's PDF file by clicking on view image. and from there we will get all 5 types of information that needs to be put in spreadsheet.
One more thing as you said that there will be 2 different varieties of PDF so we have to get the information according to the type of PDF.
If you can share all the attachments, that would be great to understand the process more accurately. I also have 2 monitors.
I can do this job for you.
Would like to start for short term and if happy we can have long term work.
