We have a software program which creates csv files with patient data (name, first name birth date, sample ID, patient ID) and some test results. We want to have a tool which will convert the csv data into HL7 / FHIR format. Tool shall run on standard Linux PC. Tool can be informed by our software when new csv file has been generated.
