Decrypt EFS files, Data Recovery.

I have had a lost RAID, and recover my data. Some of it was Encrypted by Windows Vista Ultimate. (right click->properties->advance->encrypt->ok) When I recover it, I got the data but it is encrypted. Attached are two sample files, Encryption that look like Chinese, and the other looks like Gibberish. Attached is a certificate that was generated from the same windows with the same user that have encrypted the files. The password is [1234]. If you may demonstrate to me that you have succeed to decrypt the two sample flat files, and send the content to me. For the price you ask from me, you will have to show me/teach me how to do the same to my other files. You can read this article.
