Dear Sir, I am very much interested to do this job. I have ten years experiences in GIS field. I worked with lidar data at Scankort A/S. I am using LASEdit for classification (ASPRS List), FaroScene, and ArcGIS 10.2. I will give you highly precize output pf building footprints. Hi there! :) I am holder of computer vision and robotics Master degree and I would enjoy doing this for you. Can you please be more specific about which part of the Lidar data needs to be meshed? I mean, are there objects of interest and Lidar data needs to be filtered first or you would like to mesh all lidar data points (which might now have much sense)?
