Build workflow database on G suite

Design Requirements Work book 1.0 Form to be created, accessed on a website (yet to be designed) 1.1 Files that have been uploaded to be saved under the customers folder in Gdrive 1.2 Email to be sent to team to noifiy that order has been placed 2.0 Data from the form to be inputed into google sheets, to the fields idendified 2.1 Fields to be updated through the life span of the task 2.2 Operator/User to do a daily search for outstanding jobs 2.3 Print indivual job card, layout to be designed (preferably on thermal printer, yet to purchase/setup) 2.4 Inventory to be udated once item used 2.5 Operators timesheet to be updated once job cut is completed and passed QA 3.0 Company logs to be added to each sheet Accounting Accounting is currently done through Xero and we would have to up load each job manually, if possible to update per order once a form is subbmited to a draft in Xero?
