I’m looking for a person to make me a software database program which includes school teacher timetables. Timetable Data will be inputed by myself, manually/or transfer from MS Excel worksheet - such data as teacher name, class code, room number etc. This is just the first simple part. The complete scheduling program I require is complex. This project is complicated to explain in limited words so I want to see who is interested and what your background is including description of what you can do for me.

As you wrote - this is only part of a large and complex project, so i need more information about about the functionality you need.
