I need a database where i can enter the following information and run reports for two different physical locations.

Computer (PC-Laptops)

Cell Phones

Tablets IOS - Windows - Android

Printers

Routers

Network switches

Telephones

Monitors

Misc Hardware

Software License for

Wireless access points

wireless bridges

MS Office

MS Windows

Adobe Acrobat

Misc licenses

Telephone numbers

In addition to the details above. The database I need is to keep an inventory of IT hardware, Servers, Phone hardware, cell and tablets phones, telephone lines, Network hardware and software licensing, software type and Operating systems. I would like to include in the database the ability to enter the IP address of two subnets. One for data and one for voice so that I can keep track of any device that uses a static IP. I will need to run reports on all this information. I would like to keep the database on our windows 2012 server and run the data entry and reports from my local computer.

I have attached some samples to give an idea what I am looking for.
