I need an expert to visit my office tomorrow or Tuesday in central London to synchronise my outlook Contacts with access then construct a number of tables so I can select from my 1500 Contacts some 200 invites and manage a gathering in early November

I have been developing/supporting MS-Access applications since 1991 (first using Access Basic, then Visual Basic for Applications from 1994 onwards), and MS-Excel applications (again, including Visual Basic for Applications) since 1997. I have also some experience of VBA automation with MS-Outlook, but I believe your project can be completed solely within MS-Access. I am aware of your approximate location within London & that area is easily within a commutable distance for me. I am, however, unclear which day(s) you require a freelance resource as your description states "tomorrow or Tuesday" (today is Monday 7 October 2019), yet there are still over 6 days (91 hours) left to bid on the project. Perhaps you would be kind enough to clarify the day(s) &, hence, the total number of hours you will require assistance (if this is known). Thank you.

Access is an old technology, I can offer you a MySQL based solution where you can 1) Import contacts from Outlook CSV 2) Select the contacts from available contacts - make a sender list, 3) make your own templates for email 4) Define a date in advance for sending email using the list 5) Configure your email credentials for sending email. It will be a cloud based solution and password protected. I will take your system on remote with team-viewer and export the contact list to CSV file which we will import to the server.
