AES encryption between a Delphi VCL and PHP

Dear experts, I have a free AES encryption library for Delphi 7 / XE3 that I use in my VCL 32 bit projects. Now I need to communicate with a PHP page and would like to use this same library. Can you help me? I need you to create a simple Delphi project and also a simple PHP script (please, see requirements below) that can communicate between them using the AES encryption library. Delphi project will have a Memo with some text and a Button. When I click the button, it will encrypt the string inside Memo with a defined password (key) and POST to the PHP page. PHP script must decrypt the string, add some new string, encrypt it and reply. Delphi will decrypt the new string received by PHP script and show it in the Memo. Both sides will know the encryption key (password) in advance. Methods must be compatible with Delphi 7 and XE3 (VCL 32 bit), because I have projects created with these both Delphi versions that share encrypted files between them. CBC mode with hex convertion maybe are the better approach to communicate with the PHP page (?). PHP side must NOT use deprecated methods (like mcrypt_encrypt). I don't care about project layout (screeen) neither the library used to communication (Indy, Synapse, etc.). Would be good to have an organized and understandable code.
