First Composer need to be install in your site, As the application is based on Drupal 8, And ther installation doc suggest to use composer to install this app in server and get access to everything. SO I planned to follow the steps 1. First of all we need to install composer and its dependencies in your server 2. Then install the application into the server using composer. There we get Admin User credential. 3. Then configure the application. 4. MarkaSpot is provide us light weight form with location(MAPS), so next step is to configure the location. 5. There is already smaple API Key(Georeport v2 API) with per-configuration is present in the site, we can test it once and if need we can create more API Key for our users. 6. This api provide the 311 service and when Android app app call this api they need to send some parameters. 7. Now we proceed to create the Android app. so First of all we need to create some basic fundamental service that Android will call in different times as needed, like registration service, login service. 8.
