Create a Prestashop e-commerce from a PSD template

Hi, I need to see the PSD to tell how this project can be done - editing default PS template or creating new. In any way I'll use Less or Sass, so CSS will be clean and easily manageable in future, no inline CSS or JS. This theme will receive good rating on google sped test.
