Bulk-/E-Marketing for user subscriptions

Dear bidders, we are an internet health portal (medical tourism) in need for user subscriptions. There are 2 types of subscriptions: 1. doctors 2. patients (health seekers) For the doctors we need following actions: 1. Identify blogs, forums, etc. where doctors post and doctors read articles 2. Identify doctors phone numbers and/or emails 3. Post to and email identified entities for emarketing/introducing our site (4.) phone doctors to introduce our site (This is optional). 5. Concentrate on few countries first to test where acquisition is less difficult (inbox ratio is better). For the patients following actions: 1. Identify Forums, Blogs, Health-Portals etc. that patients visit and post to. 2. Post to these identified entities to introduce/discuss our site. 3. Write Blog Entries/comments about our site in other blogs, forums. 4. First concentrate on following countries: USA, UK, Arabian Countries, Russia Ideally the bidder can (in addtition to english), read/write arabic and russian. (5.) Search Engine Marketing with Google Adwords in arabic and russian countries (optional) 6. Generate traffic on our site with appropriate marketing tools. Suggestions are welcome We can pay per 100 posts or on a monthly basis. We are flexible here. Suggenstions welcome. The bidder MUST have know how in emarketing and have done this before. If bidder has also know-how in the health domain, this would be perfect. Samples of work, links, any references to proof your know-how would be appreciated.
