We are looking for an Amazon Customer Service Manager
A Customer Service Manager, will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. This includes managing email inboxes, seller central inbox, customer responses, review follow-up, seller feedback and so on
- Manage incoming buyer messages (Amazon customer service)
- Respond to feedback and reviews (More customer service)
- Manage customer refunds (From seller central)
- Manage incoming email (company inboxes)
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies (We will have email templates to assist with responses, however, the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Prepare a weekly summary of customer reviews, seller feedbacks, other client interactions, the nature of interactions and refunds
- Complete other administrative tasks as per business needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Must be a native English speaker or have strong English skills (Extremely important.)
- Must be willing to attend a short video interview.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Moderate knowledge of and experience with Microsoft’s office suite (especially Excel)
- Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Project: Monthly (Will be renewed if we are a good fit)
Time required: 20 hours a month
Hourly offer: $7.75 - $10.00 USD (Depending on project specific experience)
Monthly offer: $155 - $200 USD (Depending on project specific experience)
