make the check boxes on my fillable PDF loan application , so my client can check off the appropriate box following a question. Only 1 check box will be checked in any given field .

I work with my husband from home . We ISO's for Commercial Lenders for several funding sources. We sometimes use their loan application , but sometimes it would be better if we had our own pdf fillable form( including several check boxes that need to be fillable with a check to [login to view URL]'s ok if when one box in a specific field is checked that the other check box or boxes will uncheck, if previously checked. I have already created the pdf application with our company's name and information on it. I was even able to make it fillable using free pdfescape in google chrome. but I can't seem to make the check boxes checkable or if I draw boxes over existing boxes, all of the "free pdf to pdf online converters will not allow me to save this document with check boxes , checkable . Balance of the form I have been able to save on my desk top and attach it to a gmail I am sending to clients. As this is the only form I will need to create, I do not want to sign up for a monthly or yearly contract. Can you help me if I send you the pdf Loan application( same as a pre-qualify form). As the unfillable pdf or as the fillable pdf all except the check boxes?
