Thanks for sharing your requirements. From quick review of "OB2535", Universal AC input passed through Bridge rectifier, Cap-Indu combination then pulsating Xmer. IC works as a controlling device to get constant output voltage within range of capability to deliver power (here we have 5V and 3W). Main thing is to select appropriate BoM and design of pulsating transformer which we can deliver best solution. We have experience more than 8 years as below: Designed & Developed more than 15 Embedded systems from scratch, developed universal power supply with Xmer and without Xmer. Experience in power, Electrical, Wireless domain. We use OrCAD for schematic and Layout design and having third party tie-up for transformer designing requirements (which we use for power supply developments). Lets discuss to start this project.
