Simple PCB Electrical Engineering Project

Design a simple PCBA based on "PCBA [login to view URL]" The PCBA is 20mm X 70mm. It connects four 12 volt fans in a series. The front side of the PCBA has four TKG 3-pin fan connectors like this: [login to view URL] We solder a negative cable to the top hole in F1 and a positive cable to the middle hole of F4. That's it. Very, very simple. This is perhaps 1 hour of work for a skilled electrical engineer. The work must be done in Altium. Files need to be neatly organized. You need to output Gerbers and a 3D render of the front and back. Thank you!
