Arduino Embedded system engineer needed now

Hi, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with this kind of embedded developement experience is needed. 1)Need to build Arduino Bluetooth module,get signals from Android bluetooth,it should never stop in life,at any case if it stops it should restart again. 2)Android mobile should connect to BLUETOOTH and send signals to BLUETOOTH Arduino module,can use relays to control . lets say 1,2,3,4 ...so on if its 1 then we need to start vehicle(electric scooter) If its 2 we need to stop vehicle. if its 3 lock the vehicle if its 4 unlock the vehicle. You also need to guide how to make all this as a package and which wires to be connected,moulding outcases etc. Help us to embed same system which will be developed by you,send links so that we buy all modules,pins,jumpers,Arduino boards,modules etc required. 3)We have to embed this system and make sure everything is proper. 4)Send us Design Flow chart including pins,ports ,how to package ,how to input .ino files . 5)YOu have to share screen via temaviewer and share videos etc whenever necessary as we are working remotely. 6)You should have all your modules ready with you to start. 7)Send us code so that we test and then release payment. 8)Minimum of 5 years with LOT projects,Arduino,Bluetooth modules.
