Arduino esp8266 connect to Android for hotspot and utilise wifi hotspot -- 2

Budget:30$ You have to have atleast 5 years of experience in Arduino development using wifi modules. Please apply only if you have modules ready to start n handy to start now. Need to connect to android wifi hotspot n arduino ESP8266. Modules needed: a)ESP8266,wifi module b)Arduino UNO c)4-Relays d)Android phone with 4G/wifi hot spot Hi, 1)Need to send schematic diagram,currently have schematic with Arduino,relays(2,3,4,5 uno pins) 2)Need to send Arduino code. 3)Need to demo ,calling webservice and process with conditions,like once u receive 1001 as response then, relay 1 is on , relay 2 is off. relay 3 is off, relay 4 is on. After its processed then need to send confirmation to server back by passing parameter to REST API(will provide) 4)You have to help during installing of hardware n software ,possibly by teamviewer,anydesk if at all any problems. 5)This webservice should be called for every 5 seconds continuously 24X7. Will provide API's ,this is few hrs job,need to complete today.
