Hi, The project you have posted seems interesting. I must say however that I have not fully grasped what it is that you are looking for. And whether you are looking for someone to construct the physical data logger or the software to process the data, or both. I have worked prototyping microchips with EAGLE and the software part is relatively simple for data collection and analysis. I would be interested in learning more.
