Hi. My transactional emails are going to people spam/junk box. Even my replies to customer inquiries are going to spam. Need some who has a handle on IP and domain reputation. IP warming. SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Etc. I already have spf, dkim and dmarc properly configured. I'm using a new dedicated sendgrid IP address and using sendgrid for my outgoing SMTP. The emails are plain text. I am not listed in any RBL lists. So I have no idea whats going on. I don't have to use sendgrid, so if you think I should move to a new provider, I'm ok with that.

As you have already configure SPF Dmarc and MX record as well as you not listed in anywhere it means your configurations are not good if y'll give me ur IP and Domain then ill use my PowerMTA and IEM. Relevant Skills and Experience POwermTA and IEM expert, as i telling you that i have configured lots of mail server and i will use PowerMTA and IEM for sending bulk mail in Inbox. i have my own configuration SMTP & PowerMTA.
