Engineering Consultant / Production Process

Looking for someone who is able to have a look at the images attached and the information I have on the product to determine how its made in a detailed overview. What we currently know: - The film and adhesive without the backing is 380 microns (embroided with a hexagon pattern) -The film is optically clear and a PVC -The print design (camo pattern) is on top of the adhesive but under the PVC -The Shapes are cut on the backing sheet (as you can see where the blade has gone through from high pressure). Main goals: - To understand how the printed design (camo pattern) is inbetween the two layers. - To understand how the adhesive is laid and the PVC placed flat with no bubbles. - To understand how the Logo stays centred when the materials is cut
