Hello We have a machine that uses a set of acme lead screws to lift a platform that measures about 20cm by 20cm. the job consist on this tasks that we will do in milestones and by order. -define the best gear size for the acme screw and motor. we will use bicycle chains to connect the motor to the lead screws. -assemble the components on solid works. we already have all the components. -do an animation of the motion. we are expecting to lift about 50 to 500 kilos. - do a simulation of the force or at least get some data of what the power output is. Our budget is 500 dlls total
